Did you know that the old saying “Give us this day, our daily bread” is actually referring to the spiritual aspects of our lives such as prayer, worship or meditation – rather than food? The original meaning was apparently lost in translation over time but now more than ever we find ourselves being nudged on some level - and we are drawn towards this often neglected yet vital aspect of who we are as human beings.
